Fourth largest wind farm in the country with 171.6 MW
In 2013, FERROSTAAL joined the "Ventinveste" consortium at 50%, which subsequently built four wind farms as part of the Âncora project with an investment volume of EUR 220 million and a total output of 171.6 megawatts - enough to supply around 125,000 households with energy. FERROSTAAL acted as owner engineer and the MPC Group was responsible for the equity structuring.

The Âncora project is now Portugal's fourth largest wind farm project and was a milestone in Portugal's roadmap for the expansion of renewable energies.
