Compliance Organisation

Based on an analysis of potential compliance risks at the Ferrostaal Group, we have created an organisational structure for compliance that is tailored to the Company. It is characterised by clear responsibilities and reporting lines within the Company. This compliance organisation is designed to provide the best possible approach to preventing systematic and deliberate misconduct.

Based on the risk analysis, the focus of the compliance organisation in each of the Ferrostaal Business Units is on anti-corruption / antitrust, privacy and data protection, export control and corporate security.
