Service agreement until 2014: Ferrostaal to provide maintenance services for ExxonMobil for another five years

Ferrostaal will continue to supply ExxonMobil Production GmbH with pipes and spare parts for another five years. In addition to supplying the locations and various stations of ExxonMobil, Ferrostaal will also supply the agreed material for the company’s contractual partners, plants and facilities.

Ferrostaal has been a maintenance supplier for ExxonMobil since 1998. Tenders were invited from throughout Europe for the new service agreement which was subsequently awarded to Ferrostaal. This agreement will start in January 2010 and expires in December 2014. In addition to two plants for processing natural gas, ExxonMobil also operates more than 100 drilling stations, various pipelines, gas tanks and compressor stations in Germany.
