Ferrostaal provides basic and detail engineering for power projects

We conceptually plan large power projects for our clients and thereafter undertake the production of overall design/basic engineering and detail engineering.
Our customers benefit from our experience and technical expertise, which allows us to provide planning which is innovative but workable. We bring our own competences to bear while at the same time incorporating leading engineering partners into the process.

Basic engineering
As part of basic engineering, we develop individual solutions that meet the needs of our customers. The most important basic engineering deliverables include the process simulation, material selection, process flow diagrams, process engineering design and installation planning as well as cost estimates.

Detail engineering
Our detail engineering meets the highest standards with our modern and powerful CAD/CAE systems. Our services cover specifications for machines and processes, detail and production drawings, function charts and circuit diagrams, 3D CAD plant models, as well as transport studies and assembly concepts.

Professional Engineering is part of our extensive Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC)-package for gas-fired combined-cycle, simple-cycle and co-generation power plants.
