Within our MAN Ferrostaal trainee programme you are able to gather comprehensive knowledge in various business units of our company for the first 18 months of your professional life. From the start you will cooperate in our international activities and projects as a member of the team. The stages are planned individually for each participant under consideration of the individual knowledge and interests. By getting to know the various companies, products and markets your experience will grow with the acceptance of responsibility for our projects. With a planned training, the assistance by experienced co-workers and a regular feedback we support you in your development.

Our most important markets are located in Latin America, Europe, South-East Asia, Africa as well as the Middle East. And to make you also feel at home in the world of international projects one of the stages will lead you abroad. Working in one of our foreign organisations will enable you to broaden your intercultural competence as well as your knowledge of the market.

MAN Ferrostaal trainee programme - means intensive assistance and consultation from the start: A contact person from Human Resources and your personal mentor will assist you during all of the 18 months. Through events with other participants of the MAN Ferrostaal trainee programme and employees you will also soon be able to set up a network within the company.

Starting directly we will introduce you thoroughly to your tasks. As a member of a team you will soon be familiar with the working climate, in which you learn technical and methodical knowledge "on the job". In addition, your training will be continued by specific further education measures. By applying the knowledge and skills immediately you improve quickly at MAN Ferrostaal.

You are a mechanical engineer, methods engineer or commercial engineer with a major focus on technological subjectsor? You are a an economist having completed your studies with above-average grades? If in addition, your command of the English language allows you to conduct negotiations and you also have initial professional experience from practical trainings you fit especially well into our company. Team spirit, curiosity and openness towards other cultures should be characteristic for you.
